Delivery
- Payment: We accept Cash-On-Delivery or Cheque Payment for domestic Singapore orders.
- Cash Payment : We will collect cash during delivery.
- Cheque Patment : We will delivery your orders after we have cleared your cheque. Please send your cheque to :

- Delivery: We only deliver within Singapore Main Island.
- Normal Delivery : Orders are usually delivered 2-3 working day
after receipt of your order. You will be notified via email if we
encounter any delay while processing your order.
- Delivery Charges : Free delivery for ordered amount more than S$100. For ordered amount less than S$100, there will be a S$10 of delivery charge.
- Express Delivery : (With-in 4 Hours) there will be a S$20 of delivery charge for express delivery.
- Self Collect : No delivery charge if self collect at our showroom.

International Orders
Video-Pro.Com Pte Ltd reserves the rights to accept, refuses, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product. International orders to be prepaid by MONEY ORDER or by Telegraphic Transfer. We DO NOT accept personal checks for international orders. Orders will be shipped after the payment is cleared.
